My name is Jacek Tylkowski, and I have been a bookbinder for over three decades, continuing the family tradition begun by my father in 1980. Since 1991, I have run Introligatornia Tylkowski, now based in Komorniki, near Poznań, Poland.

In recent years, I have specialised in bindings for limited editions and small print runs, working primarily on commission for publishers. I also occasionally take on bespoke projects for private clients.

I combine traditional bookbinding techniques with contemporary design and materials. I am fascinated by new approaches, which I discover by following global trends, professional literature, and outstanding examples of the craft.

I do not undertake restoration or conservation work, printing, or projects requiring exceptionally short turnaround times. I accept commissions from both Poland and abroad.
